After I left the world of advertising and started acting, I never thought I’d write again. I was reciting other people’s words, not making up my own. But once a writer, always a writer, especially when reading a script and thinking to myself, “I could have written this better.” Writers are driven by the need to share stories, especially when there are people out there who can recognize themselves in these stories and connect to them, through thought, tears, or a good belly laugh.
